HNA Electric Driven Frac Pump Skid General Description:

HNA electric driven frac pump skid mainly consists of a motor-driven plunger pump frac skid and a power supply VFD control room. This control room, can drive two 5000HP frac pump motors, meeting the operational needs of two frac skids.

The plunger pump mounted on the frac skid is driven by a high-voltage variable frequency motor and can be operated from a remote control box or instrument skid tens of meters away from the frac skid. It is safe, reliable, and highly automated. The equipment is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection device. When the actual discharge pressure exceeds the set maximum safe operating pressure, the overpressure protection device automatically stops the motor. After the overpressure protection resets, the plunger pump can be restarted.
