Oil well cementing pump skid is a fully modular, skid-integrated core cementing equipment fixed on a reinforced anti-vibration skid base, with no independent driving chassis, suitable for long-term deployment at fixed well sites, installation on offshore platforms, and flexible site transfer in remote areas. Reinforced Skid Base Module

Made of high-strength carbon steel with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, the base has sufficient load-bearing capacity for full-load transportation of the whole unit, with reserved standard lifting points and quick-disassembly interfaces to support hoisting and transfer. Optional anti-slip pedal and ground anchor bolts are available to adapt to complex operation scenarios such as deserts, swamps and extreme cold regions. The base also reserved splicing interfaces with other cementing skids (mixing skid, monitoring skid) to quickly form a complete cementing operation unit.

Core Triplex Plunger Pump Module

Power Drive Module

Two drive modes are available: diesel engine drive and motor drive. The diesel engine can be selected from globally renowned brands such as CAT, Cummins and Weichai, which meet the emission requirements of target markets such as North America EPA Tier 4 and EU Stage V. It is equipped with torque converter and gearbox to realize stepless speed regulation, adapting to the displacement and pressure requirements of different construction processes. Optional silencers can be installed to meet the requirements of low-noise operation in well sites near residential areas. For fixed well sites with stable power supply, motor drive version adapted to local grid specifications can be selected to reduce operating costs.

High-Pressure Manifold & Fluid Transmission Module

Made of alloy steel, the pressure resistance level matches the core pump, and is equipped with high-pressure gate valves, safety valves and pressure gauges to accurately control the pumping process. Cleaning interfaces are reserved on the pipeline to prevent cement slurry from solidifying and blocking the pipeline. Optional online flowmeter and slurry density monitoring interface can be added. Electric heating anti-freezing system can be installed for extreme cold regions, and anti-corrosion coating can be added for high-salt fog and high-dust regions to adapt to extreme environments in different regions.

Oil well cementing pump skid is a core specialized equipment for oil and gas well cementing operations, which integrates a high-reliability triplex plunger pump, power drive system, high-pressure manifold and intelligent control system on a reinforced skid base. Different from vehicle-mounted cementing trucks, it has no independent driving chassis, and is mainly used for long-term fixed deployment at well sites, installation on offshore platforms, and flexible site transfer in remote areas without access roads. Its working principle is based on the reciprocating motion of the triplex plunger pump to realize high-pressure conveying of cement slurry, drilling fluid and other working fluids, which cooperates with the cement mixing system and wellbore operation process to complete the full-process cementing construction.

Core working principle

The core triplex plunger pump is a positive displacement reciprocating pump. Under the drive of the power system diesel engine or motor, the crankshaft, connecting rod and crosshead of the power end convert the rotational motion of the power source into the reciprocating linear motion of the plunger. When the plunger moves backward suction stroke, the pressure in the pump chamber drops, the inlet valve opens under the action of fluid pressure, and the cement slurry or drilling fluid enters the pump chamber from the inlet pipeline through the open inlet valve; when the plunger moves forward discharge stroke, the pressure in the pump chamber rises sharply, the inlet valve closes, the outlet valve opens under the action of fluid pressure, and the pre-configured cement slurry is extruded from the pump chamber into the high-pressure manifold and then injected into the wellbore through the wellhead cementing head. The three plungers arranged with a 120° phase difference move continuously, which can provide stable high-pressure and smooth displacement fluid output, meeting the high-pressure pumping requirements of cementing operations for well depths from 100m to 6000m.
