Product Composition & Technical Features

Structural Composition: It consists of main manifold, branch manifold, high-pressure control valves (high-performance ball valve/plug valve/needle valve), pressure/flow sensors, high-pressure quick connectors and load-bearing support frame. All pressure-bearing parts have passed API standard mechanical performance testing and non-destructive testing.

Pressure Rating: Standard models are adapted to 35MPa/70MPa/105MPa/140MPa (5000psi/10000psi/15000psi/20000psi) pressure levels, and higher pressure rating products can be customized according to ultra-high pressure operation requirements of target markets.

Material & Anti-corrosion: The main body is made of high-strength alloy steel (4130/4140-grade) specified in API 7K/ISO 10423 standards. The inner wall can be optionally equipped with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating, which is suitable for corrosive working conditions such as high-sand-containing fracturing fluid and acidic media. Special material and process adaptation can be carried out for -40℃ low-temperature environment in Russia/CIS markets and 40℃+ high-salt fog environment in Middle East markets.

Connection & Adaptability: It adopts API standard flange/thread connection, which can be quickly connected to various fracturing pump trucks and wellhead devices. It supports modular assembly, and the manifold layout can be customized according to the on-site operation space.

Certification & Customization: The product complies with API, ASME, ISO and other international standard certifications. It supports customer customization of parameters, layout and intelligent control modules (such as remote control, automatic pressure relief system) to meet the operation standards and compliance requirements of North America, Middle East, Russia, Central Asia and other international markets.
