1. Base & Structural Support System

The base is welded from high-strength structural steel profiles, with standard hot-dip galvanized + fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating rated for 20-year outdoor service life, suitable for harsh environments with high humidity, high salt spray (offshore adjacent areas) or sandstorms.

3. Core Four-Bar Linkage Mechanism (Walking Beam, Crank, Connecting Rod)

This is the core motion conversion component of the unit, converting the rotary motion of the motor into the reciprocating linear motion of the polished rod:

Crank & Counterweight Assembly: The crank is made of high-strength ductile iron, with adjustable eccentric distance to adjust stroke length (range 0.9m~6.1m). Three types of counterweights are available: conventional box counterweight, circular cast iron counterweight and air bag counterweight, to match different well fluid loads and achieve dynamic balance, reducing motor power consumption by 15%~20%.

4. Horsehead & Polished Rod Connection System

Horsehead: Made of high-strength steel plate welding structure, with arc-shaped end matching the motion trajectory of the polished rod, reducing lateral force and wear of the polished rod. The horsehead is connected to the front end of the walking beam via high-strength bolts, with adjustable position to align with the wellhead center.

Polished Rod Clamp (Hanger): Made of high-strength alloy steel, with three types of connection modes: manual fast-install type, hydraulic quick-release type and safety anti-drop type, to match different operation requirements (conventional production, workover, emergency). How Vacuum Degasser Works

Driven by the motor, the reducer slows down and transfers power to the crank linkage mechanism. It converts rotary motion into up-and-down reciprocating movement of the walking beam and horsehead. The polished rod and underground pump move along with it to lift crude oil from the reservoir to the ground continuously, realizing automatic oil extraction.
