Container Enclosure & Base

The weatherproof, corrosion-resistant steel container forms the outer shell, with an integrated skid base for direct installation on oilfield sites. It features high IP55+ protection rating, climate control (heating/cooling), and ventilation systems to ensure stable operation in harsh environments like deserts, offshore rigs, and cold regions.

Power Distribution Unit (PDU)

Located in one compartment, this section includes high-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and power distribution cabinets. It safely receives and distributes incoming power to all components, with built-in short-circuit, overvoltage, and overload protection.

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Cabinets

The core of the system, these cabinets house high-power frequency converters. They convert fixed-frequency grid power into adjustable-frequency power, enabling precise speed and torque control for drilling pumps, fracturing equipment, and other oilfield machinery. Multiple drives are arranged in a modular layout for easy maintenance.

Central Control & PLC Unit

This compartment contains the main control cabinet, PLC, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and communication modules. How Integrated System & Electronics Control System Works

This containerized integrated electronic control system operates based on variable frequency speed regulation and centralized intelligent control. AC power from the grid first enters the power distribution unit for voltage regulation, power distribution and safety protection, then transmits to the variable frequency drive module.

The VFD converts fixed-frequency AC power into adjustable-frequency and adjustable-voltage power, so as to precisely adjust the speed and torque of the supporting motor according to actual load demands. The central PLC system collects real-time operating data, voltage, current and fault signals. It supports parameter setting, status monitoring and remote operation via the human-machine interface.

Equipped with multiple protection circuits, the system will cut off power and stop operation immediately in case of overvoltage, overload, short circuit and overheating, ensuring operational safety. It can steadily drive drilling, fracturing, sand mixing and other oilfield equipment.
