The stabilizer is integrally forged from a single steel blank without split assembly or welding. The main body consists of three sections: upper connection section, central centralizing section and lower connection section. The outer diameter of the main body is smaller than that of the blades, ensuring excellent accessibility for downhole fishing operations. A straight central bore runs through the entire tool for drilling fluid circulation. How Stabilizer Works

The LX series integral blade stabilizer is installed on the drill string and runs down to the wellbore along with drilling tools. During drilling, its outer blades closely fit the well wall, restricting the radial offset of the drill string and the drill bit.

It keeps the drill string centered all the time, effectively preventing well deviation caused by drill string swing, formation variation and uneven rock hardness. Meanwhile, it reduces friction and vibration of the drill string, stabilizes drilling operation, improves wellbore regularity and extends the service life of the drill bit and other downhole tools.
