Decanter Centrifuge
Product Introduction
Our Decanter Centrifuge serves as the final-stage fine solids control device in complete drilling fluid purification systems. It is widely applied to onshore and offshore oil & gas drilling, geothermal projects, water well drilling, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), as well as waste mud treatment and industrial sludge dewatering, delivering reliable separation for both water-based and oil-based drilling mud.
This equipment operates based on the centrifugal sedimentation principle. The drum and internal screw conveyor rotate at high speed with a slight speed difference, generating powerful centrifugal force. Mud enters the rotating drum, and tiny solid particles are pushed to the drum wall. Solids are continuously conveyed to the slag outlet by the screw, while clarified drilling fluid flows out from the overflow port. It efficiently separates ultra-fine particles down to 2–7μm and realizes fully continuous feeding, separation and discharging.
Available in multiple models with diverse drum sizes, our centrifuges cover a wide range of processing capacities to match different project scales. Key rotating parts adopt high-strength wear-resistant alloys, while premium bearings and electrical components ensure stable long-term operation even under harsh working conditions. Featuring a compact skid-mounted structure, the unit is easy to install and integrates seamlessly with standard mud tanks. Its modular design simplifies daily inspection and component replacement, cutting maintenance costs and operational downtime.
With outstanding separation performance, it effectively recycles barite, optimizes mud properties and reduces mud waste. Supported by 12-month warranty, 24/7 technical assistance and stable spare parts supply, our decanter centrifuge is a practical and cost-effective solution for global drilling and environmental treatment projects.
