Product Structure

Degassing Tank Assembly

The main pressure vessel with an internal high-speed rotor. It creates a negative pressure environment to break gas bubbles in mud, forming the core degassing unit.

Vacuum System

Consists of a vacuum pump and gas-water separator. It extracts and safely discharges separated gas, maintaining stable negative pressure inside the tank.

Drive System

Includes main motor (15–37kW) and transmission components, powering the rotor to throw mud into thin layers for efficient gas release.

Inlet & Outlet Ports

How Vacuum Degasser Works

The vacuum pump generates negative pressure inside the degassing tank. The internal high-speed rotor throws incoming drilling mud into thin layers, which fully releases gas bubbles trapped in the mud. The separated harmful gas is extracted and safely discharged by the vacuum system. Meanwhile, the degassed mud flows back to the mud circulation system to keep normal drilling operation. This equipment is applicable to both water-based and oil-based mud with high degassing efficiency.
